Emergency & Surgery

The department undertakes various surgical procedures for Out-patient, In-patient, Trauma, and Accident & Emergency.
The department also trains surgical residents for the rural posting which is a requirement for the Part 1 West African College of Surgeons Examination.
Staff compliments include Consultants (General, Orthopedic & Urology) and Medical Officers.
